have problem with innodb databases

hi i have database files in /var/lib/mysql but when i see some of website dont connect to databases like wordpress websites when i open the wordpress websites we see the installation of wordpress wizard. how can i solve the problem ? thanks

  Hello :) Are you entering the correct database name and username? Have you added the database user to the database via the "MySQL Databases" option in cPanel? Is it only happening for databases that use InnoDB? Thank you.
