[check_cpanel_rpms] Altered RPMs found on Server

hi we received this e-mail yesterday. "Problems were detected with cPanel-provided files which are RPM controlled. If you did not make these changes intentionally, you can correct them by running: > /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix The following RPMs are found to be altered from their original install state: exim,4.84,2.cp1148,/etc/antivirus.exim" is that something to woory about?

  Yes sure. That's why the message. Did you run the suggested fix?
  /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_rpms --fix
