Upgrading WHM/cPanel

I'm currently upgrading my WHM/cPanel to the latest version. I currently have version 11.44.2 (build 5) installed. The automatic upgrades were blocked because of Frontpage being installed. I uninstalled it and manually ran the upgrade, but it is taking a really long time. It has been on 36% complete and on the process "Cleaning up orphaned filesystem quotas." I hope that nothing has gone wrong, but my questions are: 1. ) Is it normal for it to be taking this long and for being stuck on that process for a long time? 2. ) Will it hurt anything if I close the browser window for the upgrade while it is still upgrading? 3. ) Should I be worried? Any help/advice would be great!

  You should be able to right click inside the right side frame and choose refresh on it, without doing any harm I don't think. If you do, you'll see this message appear at top of frame: "There is another upcp process running, and you are watching the log from the existing process." Not sure what "a really long time" is, but, depending on your system it could take time to do an upgrade.

  Did that, and it was actually done! Thanks so much! I was just worried something went wrong because the status hadn't updated in over 3 hours! Thanks for the help!
