AGYP Cpanel protection?

I'm not sure where to post this, but I figured I'd put it here. I got an email from 'MarkC@cpanel.com' saying that my cpanel data is not secure, and I need to install something called 'agyp' to ensure my website doesn't get hacked. This sounds very suspicious, and that's why I'm coming here before I download it. Will installing this protect my cpanel, or is it just spam?
