MySQL backup question

I'm trying to setup a backup plan for my MySQL DB's that will be included in my Godaddy backup plan. I set the Backup in cPanel on all accounts and Legacy is turned off. When I force run the backup with /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force and then go into /backup/THE DATE/accounts/ there is nothing in there. Am I doing this wrong or looking in the wrong area? Any help would be great. I'm running CENTOS 6.4 x86_64 standard WHM 11.48.0 (build 11)

  They are all marked as ON under backup, the legacy is marked as OFF.

  Found the issue, under Files in the Back Config it wasn't checked so it wouldn't create the MySQL backup. Thanks for your help.

  Is there a way to back just the MySQL and not all the site files? Or do I have to create a cron job for each of these?

  You could disable "Backup Accounts" and select "Entire MySQL Directory" under the databases section of the backup configuration page. Note that this will require some additional actions when restoring a database, as it backups up the entire MySQL data directory. Thank you.

  I have found this option and it works very well and pretty easy to setup
