    They are all marked as ON under backup, the legacy is marked as OFF.

    Found the issue, under Files in the Back Config it wasn't checked so it wouldn't create the MySQL backup. Thanks for your help.

    Is there a way to back just the MySQL and not all the site files? Or do I have to create a cron job for each of these?

    You could disable "Backup Accounts" and select "Entire MySQL Directory" under the databases section of the backup configuration page. Note that this will require some additional actions when restoring a database, as it backups up the entire MySQL data directory. Thank you.
