Hi! I just need the script that used to work in version 11.46. You have made a lot of changes is the backup script and now, it doesn't work as in version 11.46. It was perfect, now it not. Thanks Nuno Leite

Hi! I will open a ticket with all the problems i found in the backup script that came with 11.48 update. At least 4 things have changed or are bugs. These things seem to be from an older version of the script. In version 11.46 was fine but in 11.48 is not. If you know what you have changed you know what am i talking about. But, can you tell me where is the script that runs wheni use the full backup option in cpanel? Thanks Nuno Leite

If you'd like to force a backup you should be able to with this:
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/backup --force

Hello :) To update, internal case number 164597 is open to address an issue where the "ftpput" process goes defunct after an hour. There's currently no time frame for a resolution, but you can monitor our change log for this case number at: cPanel - Change Log Thank you.

Yes, it was, but it did not correct the problem. Now the transfer continues after 1 hour, but after the transfer ends and after the command 226 Transfer ok from the ftp server, cPanel ftpput maintains the connection open and never send the command QUIT to close the connection. Then after some time the server timeout the connection because the transfer ended and the cPanel script gives an error because of that. So, i have opened another ticket about this, and i'm waiting for the solution. Thanks Nuno Leite

    ]Thicket number #6128385.

To update, the user narrowed this issue down to a specific router in-use on their server that did not comply with active connection standards. Thank you.

Hi! Yes, i confirm that. Fixed case 164597: Lift 3600-second timeout for FTPing user-created backups. After the case corrected in 11.48.0.13, the other problem that was happening was about the router that doesn't maintain the 2 ftp connections alive. So the cPanel script didn't receive the info that the transfer was finished and gives the error. My tests where with a router TP-LINK WR1043ND. This is the one that have the bug. I tried with more 3 different routers, and they all worked. Thanks Nuno Leite
