Mailbox disk quota “warn” percentage is not available in the WHM

In tweak settings the "Mailbox disk quota "warn" percentage" options are not available. Any idea what would turn these off from use?

  Hello :) Those options are only available when you enable "Enable mailbox usage warnings". You will see that just above the "Mailbox disk quota "warn" percentage" option. Thank you.
