domain is a blank webpage

this is the domain /http://domain.com/ it is suppose to look like this /http://192.185.xxx.xxx/~magicmel/ any suggestions why it's not showing up like it's suppose to do? :confused: i'm giving away reputations to everyone who could or might help in resolving this issue :cool:

  Howdy, It sounds like there is an issue in your httpd.conf that's not putting things to the right place. I would recommend opening a ticket so share specifics with cPanel support. Thanks!
