Paper Lantern "Support" link - how do you change what email it goes to?
Hi,
This theme does not seem to be showing the three departments you can define in WHM under "Configure Customer Contact". It only shows a simple contact form without any "Department" selector.
Frustrating.
How do you either:
a) change the Support icon to go to an external support desk
b) add Departments back to the form
c) change the email it goes to

That doesn't really answer my question. "Configure Customer Contact" is a feature built into WHM, it is not part of the Paper Lantern configuration, which as you mention, only controls the links at the bottom. What I am asking is that Paper Lantern actually USE that information to create a "Support" contact form that supports departments, rather than disregard it. 0 -
I should clarify that per internal case number 166597, the "Support" option is scheduled for removal from the Paper Lantern theme.
