where to look for update logs
I can see in my email log some files changed at 4am.
Usually when this happens, i would see an earlier email showing the cron job starting, but i'm not seeing that this morning.
Where should i look to see what initiated this.

Hello, If you want to check cPanel update logs in /var/cpanel/updatelogs 0 -
Just looked and there's nothing in there since the 12th when i updated to 11.48 0 -
Hello :) You can review /var/log/yum.log to see if your system packages were updated. Thank you. 0 -
Nothing in there either. This also stops on the 12th. The only item which is allowed automatic updates is Spam Assassin Rules Update. Everything else, I've opted to run manually. Could Spam Assassin have updated these files. /usr/bin/less /usr/bin/pcregrep /usr/bin/pcretest /bin/grep 0 -
Feel free to open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can review your system and verify if any updates caused those changes. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome. Thank you. 0 -

To update, our analysts were unable to find any signs of file modifications on the listed files. The user was advised to consult with CSF/LFD to determine why that notification was sent. Thank you. 0 -
I'm not sure there is anyone technical on the CSF forum, as it's difficult to get any answers back on there. 0 -
You may want to consider using a commercial third-party application if you are unable to receive sufficient answers to your questions about their product. Or, you are welcome to post the question here for additional user-feedback. Thank you. 0
