Cpanel update failure during updatenow

One our servers has just started throwing errors during the automatic update from 11.48.0.9 to 11.48.0.11. We have tried running the update manually several times, forcing the update and restarting the server, but it continues to fail. I realize the error in the log included below indicates the update failed because several packages are already installed, but I have no idea why the update would abort at that point, or how to get around the issue. Any and all input is greatly appreciated! Greg
