Cpanel update failure in upcp

Hi there, can anyone tell me how to solve this? Running `/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenow --upcp --log=/var/cpanel/updatelogs/update.1424055842.log` failed, exited with code 2 (signal = 0) I'm receving this e-mail everyday. Look's like it's an error when cPanel try's to update. How could I fix it? Thanks, Tai

  Do you have enough cpu and memory? I have VPS with 4x2Ghz, 4GB RAM, and cpu bursts up to 90% and memory usage exceeds 4GB when it is executed on 5:10 a.m. So, the enough ability may be required.

  Yes Sadasan, i have enough cpu and memory. Thanks for your reply. I already asked my hosting provider, but they dont know how to fix it. Anyone have another ideas for what is happening? Thnaks
