Swapping domains with error

Dear Tam / dear all, I have a problem trying to swap two accounts primary/addon, like Tam described before. I admit that I'm not so sure if I understand correct how to chown -R the public_html folder to the new username. Can anyone tell me in a few words please what is that mean ? maybe that's why I'm getting this error when I'm trying to run the primary site becomed addon at this moment : Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'add_action' (T_STRING) in /home/user/public_html/mysite/wp-content/themes/expositio/includes/theme_options.php on line 1 thank you,

  Hello :) Your access level is listed as "Website Owner". Do you have root access to this server or only access to cPanel itself? Thank you.
