PHPMailer Connect to SMTP server so slowly

i'm using PHPMailer to send mail from my webpage. But it's too slow.

CENTOS 6.6 x86_64, WHM 11.48.0 (build 11), Apache/2.2.25 (Unix), PHP 5.4.17 it's finish in 140 seconds each time.

  Hello :) Is it slow when sending to any remote mail server, or is it isolated to a single server? Thank you.
