    Hello, Please make sure that the dns zone of the respective domain has been replaced with the correct new IP or make sure to review the DNS zone of the domain which will help you to address your issue. Thank you.

    Hello :) Does this domain name use name servers associated with your cPanel server? If not, ensure you update the DNS records at it's DNS hosting provider so that it resolves to the correct IP address. Thank you.

    Problem resolved via: Plugins >> Nginx Admin >> Rebuild Vhosts What does Rebuild Vhosts do? Does is update dns zone with correct IP? thanks

    The same of the option indicates it rebuilds the virtual hosts. Nginx is a third-party application, so you may want to consult with the developer or support team of the plugin you are using to implement it with cPanel to see why it needs to be ran manually. Thank you.
