dns server seems not to work with google cloud

i have a google cloud server with multiple ips pointing to cpanel. i'm migrating from one cpanel box to another. all the domains that are servefrom cpanel comes up not found. can anyone help?

  Hello :) Have the IP addresses associated with your domain names changed? If so, have you updated your DNS settings to reflect the new IP addresses? Thank you.
