Outlook not receiving emails but online webmail works

Holah I have a small problem All of my users using outlook can't sync emails with the server while on mobile phones and online webmail emails work fine Any ideas what can be causing this ? It just started recently ..

  Hello, Please try to restart imap and dovecot services and check what logs are you getting on the your server for the outlook issues.

  Hello :) Are users using POP3 in their email clients? Do you notice any error messages in /var/log/maillog or in their clients when the users attempt to sync their email? Thank you.
