Transfer tool - error after login on remote server

Hello, This is the scenario: - I start a session on transfer tool - After login on remote server, transfer tool show the error below .vB This occur on all my cpanel servers, all running latest release version 11.48.0.13. When this occur I need try a lot of times, like 10, 20, 30 times then suddenly the transfer tool work again. After finish transfer accounts, if I try start another session on transfer tool, again the issue back. I try restart cpanel, not fixed. After reboot the source server, the transfer tool back to work. So anyone know something about this?

  Do you notice any error messages in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log when this happens? Thank you.
