cPanel version change is blocked - GLib WARNING - yum locked

Hello, I received this message tonight : fatal,Cannot upgrade because yum is locked (/var/run/yum.pid has existed for 10+ minutes). I saw this thread but it's doesn't work :

    Same here. I'd like to know what the solution is. This is an error we've never seen before.

    Hi, That message means that Yum is/was currently doing work, and it wasn't able to be used for your upgrade command. You should be able to wait 10/20 minutes and try again, and if that doesn't help, you'll need to see what Yum was doing and fix that.

    This is a known recent issue occurring on some CloudLinux boxes. The workaround to get upcp to start is as follows:
