3 Weeks Of Server Not Found

I registered my name servers through my registrars and have made sure the glue and ip's were correct via WHM. Now I have 3 domains, 2 registered through HostGator and another is a free domain from dot.tk to make sure I wan't crazy. So on my primary domain I have the NS registered with the IP's and updated the ns for it. Then I did the same for another domain except registering them again, just changing NS and that worked after 48 hours. And now the third one has the same ns and setup like the 2dn domain and nothing. I cn ping my IP's work fine, pinging my host doesn't work, but I followed the steps given from previous posts I read and based on my registrars/host instructions. What other precautions can I do?
