Pyxsoft Anti Malware & Security and mod security

After installation Pyxsoft Anti Malware, I have problem with mod security. I can't uplaod image to any cms on server. When trying to upload I getting this message: "Security Alert The file your are uploading was rejected by server. It probably contents viruses or trojans that can damage your website Do not attempt to upload it again as your IP address may be blocked." How to solve this?

  Hello :) Have you verified that you can upload images successfully when that third-party application is uninstalled? If so, please report this issue to their support team so they can address this issue with their application. Thank you.
