authoritative nameserver problem
Hey Guys,
I have a problem with my DNS. I want to activate SPF but i always get the error
Warning: cPanel is unable to verify that this server is an authoritative nameserver for "fr-domain.at".
But if I Track my DNS i get this ! My hostname is cpanel-1.fr-domain.at Does the Primary NS has to be cpanel-1.fr-domain.at instead of fr-domain.at ; <<>> DiG 9.8.2rc1-RedHat-9.8.2-0.30.rc1.el6_6.1 <<>> fr-domain.at ;; global options: +cmd ;; Got answer: ;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: NOERROR, id: 18651 ;; flags: qr rd ra; QUERY: 1, ANSWER: 1, AUTHORITY: 1, ADDITIONAL: 0 ;; QUESTION SECTION: ;fr-domain.at. As i used Plesk before it was a little different. Pls can you help me? Cheers

Hello :) You can use a website such as IntoDNS to ensure the domain name uses name servers with IP addresses associated with your cPanel server. Let us know if you still get that error message if that's already the case. Thank you. 0
