hello, i read all topics there and in other pages but i still have it. i got this error Not Found The requested URL / was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

  The error means what it says, the file you're attempting to access (has some sort of issue or) is not being found.

  what i should do? i make joomla site in offline mode then i load it to my cpanel file manager. i fix my db name and password also tmp and logs folder.

  If the Database details are correct, you might check permissions on the files and directories. By default, depending on your environment, files 644, directories, 755. Also, you might want to check owner of the files and directories.

  i checked them and change the db details to true values. but now when i open my website i see this: Index of / thanks alot

  When you see that, can you see an index.php and all other files related to the Joomla website there or no? If all the proper files are actually in /, (or, public_html), and you're seeing the index of / instead, something's wrong with the files as mentioned. Setting up a Joomla site you've moved to cPanel from your local server is not exactly a cPanel issue. You might want to save yourself some time and ask your Hosting Provider to check your files for you.
