[Case 169841] Root Account Cannot Create Subdomain Accounts (11.48.1.1)

When I try to create an account through WHM it gives me an error: The domain "sub.domain.com" may not be created by "root" because "domain.com" is already owned by "user". I was able to create without any issues till yesterday. Any help ??

  I just downgraded to Stable from Release because of this issue, in case anyone is keeping track. I hope this is resolved soon!!

  I was having this problem today, and had to adjust a setting under Tweak Settings > Domains Allow domain parking across accounts
  This worked for me by setting it to on

  This was resolved in current/release in 11.48.2.3, which was released about 10 hours ago. The change log reports it as fixed by reverting case 138729
