    Hello :) Please check the following thread to see if your issue is discussed here: [165945] Latest WHM update broke Outlook connectivity to Office 365 cPanel version 11.48.1.1 is now available in the "Release" and "Current" tiers, so you may want to verify this issue persists in this version, as it includes the following bug fix: Fixed case 167449: Autodiscovery should return a 400 for remote domains. Thank you.

    AutoDiscover for Exchange Good morning, I have a website that I recently moved to godaddy cpanel hosting. I use the domain as an alternate domain on my exchange online(365) account where I have some shared folders. Since the move, many users can no longer get to that shared folder. It indicates a problem logging onto it. When I run microsoft's testconnectivity utility, it tells me that my web server is responding to autodiscover requests even though my DNS clearly points autodiscover to outlook.com. Godaddy tell me that this is a known issue with a recent build of cpanel and that there is no current work-around or fix. They tell me I need to move that site to windows/plesk hosting in order to get this to work. Is this true? Is there no fix? Thanks, Scot

    I am on latest WHM 11.48.1 (build 3). For a domain, DNS has MX records with google mail. Some clients are using a 3rd party exchange server. Google forwards / routes email to that server (known as dual delivery.) The exchange server (or outlook client) keeps hitting the primary domain with autodiscovery. I see the apache logs filled with: [Thu Mar 19 11:06:24.433421 2015] [cgi:error] [pid 29662] [client 79.180.205.116:53443] AH01215: [2015-03-19 11:06:24 -0400] info [autoconfig] Unable to read /etc/remotedomains, permission denied: /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/autodiscover.cgi permission is -rw-r----- 1 root mail 119 Feb 26 21:40 /etc/remotedomains What is the correct permission?
