A parked domain redirects to defaultwebpage.cgi

A parked domain of mine is redirecting to the defaultwebpage. Tried : Rebuild of http confing using: /usr/local/cpanel/bin/build_apache_conf Also restarted the service. Using CPanel ver.:11.48.1 (build 1) parked domain is domain.com Any help is appreciated.

  Hello :) Have you verified the domain name resolves to the same IP address of the account it's parked on? Does clearing your browser and DNS cache help? Thank you.

  I understand you want to start from the begining, but I wouldn't have rebuilt the httpd config without first doing those steps AND tried with more than 1 device and/or browsers. So to answer your questions, yes I have verified that the IP is right, and yes I've cleared the DNS and browser cache without any luck. I also un-parked and re-parked the domain without success.
