Cannot find Cookie Ip validation

I had problems in logging in after setting up cloudflare on my website. i have googled the issue and found that turning off the cookie ip validation will solve the problem.But i cannot find it. It says that it can be changed from Home >> Server Configuration >> Tweak Settings. But i cannot find "Server configuration tab in my cpanel." My server is based on Linux and is running cpanel 11.44.1 (build 23). Please help me !!:(

  Hello :) It seems like you might not be signed in as "root" to Web Host Manager. Do you have root access, or are you a reseller? If you are a reseller, then please contact your hosting provider about this issue as they are the only ones who can access that option. Thank you.

  i am not a reseller....i do have the root access !!
