Scheduled Backups that fall on same day should only generate once

Hello, I have my server scheduled to backup monthly on the 1st and then weekly every Sunday. The problem is that when the 1st of the month falls on a Sunday, the backup process is creating 2 backups. 1 for monthly and 1 for weekly. This should not happen. The backup job should be intelligent enough to mitigate this problem and only create 1 backup. How do I fix this? Thanks BlueSteam
