Can not access emails after an account lockout
Good morning everyone. I apologize because I use the translator googoe. My native language is Spanish.
I commented the problem: I have a reseller with WHM / cPanel and after an account lockout (payment of an invoice step) and subsequent rehabilitation, I can access the webmail far asks me to choose the client to use (Horde, Roundcube or Squirrel), when I choose any of the three tells me that my username and password were incorrect. I tried restoring passwords but still have the same problem.
Any idea what epuedo do? My service provider can not fix.

Hello :) You mentioned that your hosting provider is unable to assist you. Ask them to verify the accounts are not locked by cPhulk brute force detection. You may need to consider switching hosting providers if they are unwilling to assist you with the login issue. Thank you. 0
