How do you calculate the maximum number of emails that can be sent from a domain?

I have noticed that CPanel now gives an option to set this value for the hosting plans so I was thinking of if there is a standarized metric for this? Maybe depending on the number of mailbox that are allowed to be created?

  Hello :) There's no recommended value for the maximum number of emails per hour. It depends on your specific server, and the level you determine is too high for a single account to send. Thank you.
