PCI & Email/FTP Ports - cPanel only NOT WHM
I'm sure this has been asked 100 times, but I couldn't find the answer.
I have a cPanel server with GoDaddy - Not a WHM - just cPanel - the ONLY thing left to pass PCI is plaintext login on 21/25/110/587
I'm looking for suggestions as what I can do / tell trustwave to get it to pass.
We are not using email or FTP on the server (only the server accounts are setup)
Thanks in advance

Infopro - Thank you and I did find that earlier, however as I said I don't have access to the WHM panel - just the cPanel so I can't make that change 0 -
Indeed, your Hosting Provider would need to assist you with this. (If they choose to.) Have you asked them for assistance? 0 -
Yep - GoDaddy is telling me I need to go up to the VPS line vs the shared line - I will still have cPanel - but I will have full root access on the box 0 -

Hello :) Yes, that's correct. You can't make changes to services as mentioned in the referenced post without root access. Thank you.0
