Specific IP blocked by CPHulk while whitelisted
A specific IP (a client organization network IP) keeps getting a one day block from CPHulk (for SSH specifically) even though it is in the whitelist. If I "Clear data for all reports" or disable CPHulk, they can connect with SSH again, but neither of those is an acceptable long term solution. Any ideas on how a whitelisted IP can get blocked every couple days?

To update, the user has switched over to SSH keys instead of password authentication to verify if the issue persists. Thank you. 0
