FTP Problemas - Can´t see any path to old users, but everything ok with new users

Hello guys, i"m having problems, i migrate my server yesterday, everything was working fine, but today a client call me saying that he can"t access you FTP, so i tried to access his FTP, and my website FTP, the same problem, when i acces it doesn"t show any Patch, only "..", so i create a new domain on my cpanel to test, and when i connect using this new user, i can see ALL paths, so the problem is only with the old domains that i migrate yesterday. i verify ALL permision on the domain, it"s everything equal on both FTP, what could be?? Thanks [COLOR="silver">- - - Updated - - - Now i discover a new thing, if i change a password of the old user to a new one, the FTP works, but if i try to return the password to the old one, the FTP stop to work again, very strange.
