Error number 1104 MAX_JOIN_SIZE . Please help

Hi i get the fllowing error on my website. Should i do any changes from the server side? Can it be done through whm ? Please help 1104 - The SELECT would examine more than MAX_JOIN_SIZE rows; check your WHERE and use SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 or SET SQL_MAX_JOIN_SIZE=# if the SELECT is okay. Thanks in advance
