Cpanel "A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive."
Hello. I was asked to update the content of a website.
When I logged in to the cpanel, I managed to edit & update some contents.
After few minutes when I tried to log in to the cpanel again, this error occurred:

My apologies, but I'm actually pretty new to this kind of thing. Would you mind explaining how to do update the RVSkin on the server? I can't fully access the control panel due to the error. So I need to know the solution to fix the problem. :( I'm using my own notebooks both Mac and Windows7. So I only update contents by accessing the cpanel via these laptops. Therefore I'm not really sure about "Server" or other technical stuff. Your help and explanation would be much appreciated. :)0 -
Hello, It seems like you may only have access to cPanel, and not root access through SSH or WHM. Thus, you should contact the web hosting provider that hosts this website and request they change the cPanel theme or resolve the issue with RVSkin. Thank you. 0
