cPanel DNS only syncing some zones

Hi all, Sorry if this is a duplicate post. I have the following scenario: 1 webserver (cPanel) 2 DNS servers (cPanel DNS Only) I created a DNS cluster between the three servers where the webserver send the zone files to the 2 DNS servers. After doing an initial synchronization, everytime I modify a zone two behaviors occur: Some zones sync modifications without any issues, showing the following confirmation: Modifying Zone domain.com zone domain.com/IN: loaded serial 2015013009 OK Bind reloading on ns1 using rndc zone: [domain.com] Bind reloading on ns2 using rndc zone: [domain.com] However, some zones do not replicate changes to the DNS only servers, showing the following result: Modifying Zone domain2.com zone domain2.com/IN: loaded serial 2015013114 OK Any help will be really appreciated.   Hello, Please try running the following commands on the hosting server and let us know if it helps:
  mv /etc/named.conf /etc/named.conf.backup /scripts/rebuilddnsconfig
  Note: This assumes you have made no custom changes to your /etc/named.conf file. Thank you.
