  Hello, It looks like you just posted your actual root password on a public forum. I highly suggest changing your root password and possibly reinstalling your OS and restoring your accounts from backup because anyone could have seen it and made note of it for future use. As for the login issue, are you able to access your server via SSH to verify if cPanel restarts successfully with "service cpanel restart"? Thank you.
