PTR Record issue

Hello ! In WHM i missing the ptr record entry. Error: host mx00.emig.kundenserver.de [xxxxxxxxxxx] SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection: 554-kundenserver.de (mxeue004) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available 554-No SMTP service 554 invalid DNS PTR resource record, IP=xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Now i set up this and i m not sure that i do it right ;) So it enter at the domain: 27292 Or must i set up this in every domain or enough in NS1+NS2 Entry?

  Hello, Are you sure your data center has granted you access to control your PTR record? Typically, you must contact your data center and request they setup your PTR record for you. In the event they specifically tell you that you can set it up yourself, then you must follow the instructions at:

  ah okay.....i thought i can do "all" so i contact this. But is this right what i do ( without DC ) ? Thank you

  No, if you do have control over the PTR record, you must follow the links in the URL I provided. The image you provided does not follow those instructions. Thank you.
