How to add new cPanel account's contact to Mailman

Is there a way to add every new cPanel account's contact information to a Mailman list ? I would like to send notification about update / obsolete script / programmed downtime / etc to all my client, but I want it to make it "pretty" by making it in HTML and the actual form in WHM is not so friendly about it... Do someone know a way to do it ? If it's not a Mailman list, maybe just a script I can launch to ship an email or something... Thank you for your time guys.

  Hello, Please give a try with WHM >> Account Functions >> Email All Users >> Email All Users

  I think you haven't read my whole question. I need to use this list externally to send HTML email. Who's not possible with the function you talk about. Thank you for your time but it's not the right answer ;)

  Hello, If you decide to create a mailing list through Mailman, then you can obtain a list of email addresses to subscribe to the list with a command such as:
  grep CONTACTEMAIL /var/cpanel/users/*
  Note that the users must have configured a contact email address in cPanel in order for it to appear in the output of the above command. Thank you.
