Can't send mail to gmail

Today i can't send mail to google and Spool file is locked (another process is handling this message) Please help me fix this problem.Thanks? This is log

Are you getting this issues only with gmail OR all other remote mail server ? May be port 25 is blocked on your server and due to that you are getting this issues. Please check your firewall with your server admin OR your DC end.

Hello, Is this issue isolated to Google? You can verify if connections are rejected with a command such as:
telnet alt4.gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com 25
If so, check to ensure there are no firewall rules on your system blocking access to Google. It's also possible that Google is blocking connections from your server. Thank you.
