Not receiving notificatons

I have another problem, I use my email address servers@mydomain like email of all notification and alerts from server, I sent a test message from server and it work fine but not receive any of the automatic messages. This email address is configured in "Basic cPanel & WHM Setup -> Contact Information" and enabled in "Server Contacts "Contact Manager"

  Hello, Have you forwarded the "root" notifications to this email address via the "WHM Home "Server Contacts " Edit System Mail Preferences" option in Web Host Manager? Thank you.
