Refreshing cpanel license without root

Hello, i want to ask something its about license. I cannot access my root because the password keep changed when i am change it idk why. So i make Reseller with all permissions of root, after 15 days i am buying a new license for one month but it need to run root command to refresh the license, i have try to login with the reseller account but it didn't have root access, then i am asked the vps provider and he told me to reinstalling the vps.

  Hello, You don't have to reinstall the OS in order to get root access via SSH. You may want to consider switching VPS providers if that's the solution offered to you. Are you unable to access WHM or SSH as "root"? Are you sure your IP address is not locked out by cPhulk brute force detection? Your hosting provider can change the root password for you from the VPS hardware node. Thank you.

  yes, i am unable to access WHM or SSH as "root" my ip isn't locked, i can access the reseller account via ssh

  Check to see if your provider can change the root password for you so that you can access SSH (if you are unable to do so via WHM). Thank you.
