Able to receive mail but unable to send. Getting Mailer Demon.

Hi, I am able to receive emails in the configured domain obtained from cpanel, but I am not able to send the same to the known active account. Can someone explain me what is the meaning of this error message. Error Message is "SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM: SIZE=3279: 550 SC-001 (BAY004-MC5F19) Unfortunately, messages from ip weren't sent. Please contact your Intern". I tried to google for the same, found couple of suggestions: (a) To check whether IP is Black listed or not? - Found IP is not blacklisted / blocked (b) Need to restart exim service - But unable to do so, due to lack of sufficient privileges. Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks, Tony
