RoundCube Not send email in Over SSL connection webmail

My Roundcube is giving timeout when not connected on a secure connection by webmail, if I connect through SSL secure connection to the server it sends normally but when we put webmail.domain.com and sign in Roudcube he is giving timeout time sent, you can solve this? Has anyone experienced this?

  Hello, To clarify, is the issue only when sending email from Roundcube, or are you experiencing an issue accessing Roundcube in general? Thank you.

  To update, the roundcube database was corrupted and needed to be dropped and reinstalled. It now functions as expected upon completing this action. Thank you.
