[Case 53603] Disable File Manager/backups (not just icon)

Hello, I use CPANEL on accounts that are running a software as a service. I want to give users access to CPANEL to manage their email, dns, etc. However they cannot access FILE MANAGER or Backups as then they will have the sourcecode for my software. I tried using the feature list but while this removes the icon, if the user knows the URL to file manager, it allows them to open it. Any Ideas?

  Hello, Internal case number 53603 is open to address the inconsistent handling of access to the user interfaces, and non-adherence to the feature list when a feature is disabled. There's currently no specific time frame available on a resolution, but I've noted this forum thread on the internal case. Thank you.
