Procress loop

Hello i am happy to join this great forums.... were i hope you will be able to help me solving my problem... i do have cpanel server with centos 6.4... and as it looks like i am some kind ddos attack where the user nobody eats up every procress and connection on tracing that progress it keeps looping for ever and it only ends when i kill it and there is the loop snap shat attached please help me to figure out what is casing this to stay alive for ever thanks for help and am sorry if this is a wrong forum take it easy on newbe thanks for help
