Massive Email

Hello Inside my admin account on Cpanel, one of my customers is sending massive email. 400 emails per day. Think this is one of the reason why my emails goes to spam folder in hotmail... Is there any way to solve it? Thank you

  Hello, Have you considered suspending the user if the user continues to send those messages? Do you have root access to the server or only reseller access? Thank you.
