Can not change php settings for alt-php versions

Hello, I am seeing the following message when changing php settings for php 4.4, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 alt-php versions. Warning: Changing php modules and php options via PHP Selector for native php version is impossible However, my compiled version is 5.5.22. And I have selected alt php 5.2 as current, and tried 4.4, 5.1, 5.3, when seeing the above message. I have run EasyApache (php 5.5.22+fcgi), ran cagefsctl --force-update. but neither seems to help. How can I solve this? Any advice? Thank you! I am running 11.48.1.3 on CloudLinux 6.6 x64.
