Some subdomains stopped working

Hello, I have noticed that some subdomains stopped working for zone. The failed domains are with one of the following characteristics: 1) contains 'sh'; or 2) contains others '-' and '.' (both). Where can be a problem? Thanks!

  Hello, Do you have root access to this system? If so, could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? It's difficult to troubleshoot this type of issue without actually seeing the domain name (and it's zone) and verifying if it loads correctly. Thank you.

  Strange, but problem has disappeared after we have created other DNS record on zone. Thanks, if the problem will repeat, I will write the post.
